Position Summary:

Ensure building plumbing is maintained and running efficiently

Position Description:

· Installs, maintains and repairs all plumbing fixtures, flush valves, faucets and restroom accessories throughout Dallas Market Center

· Maintains plumbing of water fountain and repairs as necessary

· Maintains all domestic water lines, sewer lines and water heaters; troubleshoots leak's, stop-ups, etc.

· Cleans, maintains and repairs grease traps, disposals, dishwashers, etc.:

· Operates solder, braise and welding equipment accurately and safely

Other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

· Lift up to 70lbs; will lift/carry 40lbs frequently

· Walk and stand for majority of shift

· Work outside in elements up to 25% of the time

Required Experience:

· 5 years of plumbing experience

Required Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Journeyman Plumber License
